• Upstairs Bedroom: 2 Queen beds, air conditioning, private bath and deck overlooking the Caribbean.
• Downstairs Bedroom: 2 Queens beds, library, air conditioning and private bath. Room has its own door opening onto the patio and beach.
• Kitchen: Large, spacious, modern and fully equipped. Granite Counters, new appliances including Large Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave, Toaster, Blender, Juicer, and Coffee Maker.
• Baths: Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. Master Bathroom shower looks out over the Caribbean.
• Custom woodwork and art throughout the house.
• Newly Remodeled: New electrical system, modern bright halogen lighting, new pressurized water system- lots of hot water/lots of pressure.
• Also available with house rental : Our newly remodeled 2 bedroom Casita (small house). It has air-conditioned bedrooms one room has 2 queen beds, the other one has one queen bed, both have private baths private living room and a fully-equipped kitchen. (Additional fees apply.)
