Club Ed Akumal Description
2700 sq.ft. – 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath. Each
bedroom has a private bath, and a deck overlooking the Caribbean.
Master

sq.ft. with built-in King bed overlooking the Caribbean & spectacular
sunrise. Private deck, large private in-room bath, in room hammock, air
conditioned.
Upstairs
Bedroom: 2 Queen
beds, air conditioning, private bath and deck overlooking the Caribbean.
Downstairs

beds, library, air conditioning and private bath. Room has its own door
opening onto the patio and beach.
Kitchen: Large, spacious, modern and fully equipped. Granite Counters, new appliances including Large Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave, Toaster, Blender, Juicer, and Coffee Maker.
Baths: Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. Master Bathroom shower looks out over the Caribbean.
Custom woodwork and art throughout the house.
Newly Remodeled: New electrical system, modern bright halogen lighting, new pressurized water system- lots of hot water/lots of pressure.
Also available with house rental : 800 sq.ft. newly remodeled Casita (small house). It has an air-conditioned bedroom with 2 queen beds, a large bathroom, private living room and a fully-equipped kitchen. (Additional fees apply.)
Our Property managers, Kerstin and Horacio, live just down the beach at Villa Las Brias. They speak English, German and Spanish, and are a valuable source of help and information.
Rosa is our Camirista, housekeeper, her husband Rutillio is our Maintenance Man and Gardener. They are both wonderful people and will be very helpful to your needs. Rosa is there everyday but Sunday, from about 9 AM to 2/3 PM.
Rosa is also a wonderful cook, and will be happy to prepare a traditional Mexican Meal for you to enjoy for lunch, or dinner. You need to provide her with the food. You can talk with Kerstin to make arrangements.
